Yellow and red semi-dried peppers in extra virgin olive oil. The bright colours of the peppers are yielded by a perfect and slow drying process. Its craft production, which is about 24 hours, makes the peppers really fleshy and pleasant with a good consistency under the teeth. Ideal as starters, combined with cooked vegetables, or adding to sauces. Nice as sidedish or to fill panini as well.
