Salted Codfish and green olives pesto enriched by tuna, other type of greenfish and black pepper. Perfect if combined with white wines. The oil used is our “Terre dell’Abbazia”, ideal to preserve any type of food in glass jar. After its use, if there is anything left, we recommend to cover it with a good quality extra virgin olive oil and to refrigerate it.
