Leccino olives, green fish and cappers pesto in extra virgin olive oil adding sweet pepper, hazelnuts, spices and hot pepper. The “Trabocco” is a wood platform built on the sea, a really old fishing machine still used, typical from the Trabocchi Coast in Abruzzo. The oil used is our “Terre dell’Abbazia”, ideal to preserve any type of food in glass jar. We suggest to enjoy this product on bruschettas or to fill panini. Perfect as pasta sauce or to combine with fish courses.
