The Absolute oils represent a total news, an exclusive production achieved using modern cooking techniques which are the result of the knowledge of a great Chef.. The ability to extract the main essences from aromas and spices at low and controlled temperatures, and then to transfer them to absolute oils, without changing their characteristics, give us a new generation of oils able to enhance your cooking preparations in the kitchen. Ursini added his deep knowledge in the world of extra virgin olive oils, selecting single cultivars, which express the best characteristics combinating with the different types of aromas and spices.
