Hot peppers emptied and stuffed by hand with cod mousse in extra virgin olive oil enriched with spices and placed in jars by hand. The particular shape of the pepper makes this vase very attractive and nice. The roundness of the taste of the chilli, rather spicy, and its filling make it a very popular product.
