Olio Extravergine d’Oliva “Solo Cucco”
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
An original and unprecedented monocultivar. A very elegant and delicate oil, with a suave nose that gives the various senses an impression of delicate and gentle sweetness. Totally distant from those mighty, muscular oils, it lends itself to use on delicate dishes and especially white fish. Medium fruity, with very low bitterness and spiciness.
Olive variety: Cucco (Monovarietale)
Use: Strictly raw on delicate dishes and especially white fish.
