Oil with a scent of fresh grass, harmonious, sweet and with a delicate aromatic appeal.

Kind in name and in fact because on the palate it is fresh and enveloping.

It is a medium fruity. It also goes well with fresh cheeses such as ricotta, mozzarella and cacio primo fiore.
