PESTO FORTE

A symbol of Italian cuisine is, par excellence, the "tomato-free sauce".

Pesto made with dried tomatoes, black olives, anchovies and pecorino cheese, ideal for seasoning any type of pasta, it is a particular sauce that has its roots in the history of ancient Abruzzo.

  Ingrediants:

Extra virgin olive oil, dried tomatoes (tomato, salt) 16%, pitted leccino olives in brine (leccino olives, water, salt, acidifiers: lactic acid and citric acid) 16%,cheesePecorino Romano PDO (milksheep, salt, rennet) 16%, parsley, basil,anchoviesin oil (anchovies, sunflower oil, salt) 4.5%, hot pepper, oregano, acidifier: lactic acid.

Milk, fish. May contain lupins.
