La Gricia is the "white" version of the very popular amatriciana. It is actually the original recipe, before the advent of the tomato in Italy (16th century). The ingredients are a perfect seasoned bacon, an excellent Pecorino, white onion, a handful of spices, all linked to an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
Ideal with:rigatoni, half sleeves.Format: 170 g
Ingrediants:
Onion 49%, extra virgin olive oil, cured pork cheek (pork, salt, dextrose, sugar, natural flavors, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) 15%,cheesePecorino Romano PDO (milkof sheep, salt, rennet) 13%, white wine (containssulphites), acidifier: lactic acid, garlic, black pepper.
Allergens:
Milk, sulphites.
