Last two week were very intense and satisfying: we went to Tokyo, for Foodex Japan 2018, and to Florence, for Taste 2018, where we met many interesting people: customers, importers, wholesalers and entrepreneurs.
Let’s start with Japan. Camillo Bianco, our export manager, arrived in Tokyo on Monday 5 March, a day dedicated to set up the stand and to meet our most important japanese clients. The following day began the fair which lasted for 4 days: a unique atmosphere thanks to the influence of many cultures, people interested in the world of food, true connoisseurs with a great entrepreneurial spirit.
Our products have been appreciated thanks to tastings prepared for importers, buyers, wholesalers and restaurateurs.
